Please keep your voice down at the spa. Talks are not encouraged when getting services.
Appointment
You can make appointments by calling, We require a major credit card on file and a $15 deposit for first-time clients.
Preparation
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so you have time to get seated, such as using the bathroom. All treatments will begin and end as scheduled, so please do not be late.
Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will incur a charge of $15. No-shows will incur a charge of $15, No shows for Groupon appointments shall be considered redeemed in full.
Personal Property
Please leave your valuables at home. While we aim to ensure the safety of your belongings, we are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
Payments
Cash and major credit cards are accepted, Service fees do not include tax or gratuities. Cash gratuities are preferred.
